Cirque Lili, located within the Le Serre Cultural Park in Grugliasco, is a charming historic big top dedicated to the creation, training, and promotion of contemporary circus. Acquired by the Cirko Vertigo Foundation as a permanent venue for artistic and cultural activities, the big top is now one of the iconic landmarks of the international project developed by the Cirko Vertigo Foundation and the national production center blucinQue Nice.
Cirque Lili (with its distinctive wooden structure and exquisite rotating circular ring) is also a donation from the great international master of contemporary circus, Jérôme Thomas, who chose the Cirko Vertigo Foundation as the final home for this historic big top—a gesture of extraordinary symbolic and artistic value that represents an extremely prestigious recognition of the cultural, educational, and production activities carried out by the Foundation at both the national and international levels.
Cirque Lili hosts artist residencies, rehearsals, workshops, performances, meetings, and multidisciplinary research initiatives, welcoming artists, students, and companies from Italy and abroad. Set within the green surroundings of Le Serre Park, the space stands out for its evocative atmosphere and its ability to blend circus tradition with contemporary artistic languages, becoming a hub for artistic experimentation and dialogue between circus, dance, theater, and live music.
